Yes you can do it online and you don’t need to email or talk to anyone. Simply go into the account section of your profile and follow the instructions.
Yes there is a free trial for the monthly and 3 monthly membership options.
Your first two days are free and after that, your payment method will be charged every month until you cancel.
If you cancel before the 2 days has finished, your payment method will NOT be charged.
You can cancel ANYTIME by going into the account section of your profile and following the instructions.
We recommend the 3 monthly subscription option because it gives you better value and more reason to keep studying. Once you pay for something, you want to use it which means you will continue to improve your English.
Yes you can. If you are already a member of the academy and paying monthly, go to the account section of your profile and follow the instructions.
Payment
This is a subscription service which means your credit card or payment method will be automatically charged each month or every 3 months (depending on the subscription you choose).
You will continue to be charged until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at anytime by going into the account section in your profile.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.
We know that keeping your details and payment information safe is important to you and it is important to us too. We take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your data and personal information such as using a secure server protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

Our community is like social media for English learners. Inside the academy, you will find a news feed just like in Facebook. You can post things including photos and videos and other students can like and comment on those posts.
You will also find a forum where students can create topics and other students can reply to those topics.
It’s really up to you how much you want to use our community but we recommend you use it every day so you can practise your English every day and see English every day.

Yes you can. There is a place where you can post your questions for teachers to answer.

Yes we add new lessons or quizzes every week. If you have ideas for new lessons, you can tell us inside the academy and we will try to make a lesson on that topic for you.
